What is your body type ?

In the fitness world it is customary to divide the body type into the so-called “somatypes”. Nobody falls 100% in one category, your body type is often a combination (mix ) of two types, one of which is dominant. The three body types are Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph.:

ECTOMRPH

The Ectomorph is naturally very thin, has a small hips and narrow shoulders, very low body fat and very thin arms and legs. The Ectomorph could say things like, “I can eat whatever I want without gaining weight.” and best what you can do to build muscle is buying a CARB supplemt

if you sleep less than 6 uur you body will saved more fats and will build less muscle so sleep well ! .
